After a little over three years at the helm of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, Dalia Blass is set to leave the SEC in January. The SEC has also announced the departure in January of its chief economist and Director of the Division of Economic and Risk Analysis, S.P. Kothari.
A new report by SEC staff seeks to identify the extent to which interconnectedness and related interdependencies in the U.S. credit markets contributed to or mitigated risk during the market stress brought on by the COVID-19. pandemic.
The 25-page publication includes key highlights, a macro-financial overview, a discussion of market segments, and a research spotlight on collateralized loan obligations.
