Cancellation Policies
We understand that unexpected circumstances may force a registrant to cancel. Cancellations must be received in writing, via email (iaaevents@investmentadviser.org) as noted below.
Virtual Workshop Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Your registration fee will be refunded in full if cancellation is received prior to Thursday, October 1, 2026. There are no refunds for cancellations received on or later than October 2, or after workshop materials have been emailed. No refunds for “no shows,” but you will receive a link to the recording. Substitutions may be made until the day before the event, in writing, for no additional fee. Cancellations will be processed within two weeks after the event.
In-Person Workshop Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Your registration fee will be refunded in full if cancellation is received prior to to 14 days before the event. There are no refunds for cancellations received on or later than on or later than 13 days before the event. No refunds for “no shows.” Substitutions may be made until October 1, in writing, for no additional fee. Cancellations will be processed within two weeks after the event.
