Cancellation and Substitution Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may force a registrant to cancel. Cancellations must be received in writing, sent to iaaevents@investmentadviser.org. Your registration fee is fully refundable if cancellation is received on or before February 18, 2026. Refunds will be processed after the conference. No refund or credit is given for cancellations received on or after February 19, 2026. There is no refund or credit for “no-shows.” Forfeited fees may not be applied to future meetings. Substitutions may be made until March 17, 2026, via email (iaaevents@investmentadviser.org), for no additional fee.
