The IAA submitted supplemental comments to the SEC regarding the impact that extending the Solicitation Rule to private funds would have on the solicitation of non-U.S. investors in non-U.S. pooled investment vehicles. The IAA continued to recommend that the extension of the Solicitation Rule should exclude solicitation of non-U.S. investors in non-U.S. private funds.
