The Workplace Culture & Inclusion Committee works to support members’ efforts to create an inclusive workplace culture that fosters opportunity and growth for all employees and produces successful outcomes for the firm and its clients. The group aims to strengthen the advisory industry – and both its talent pipeline and retention – by sharing learnings, resources, and best practices, and broadly promoting education about the industry and understanding of opportunities within it.
