IAA Statement on the Improving Disclosure for Investors Act of 2025

IAA Statement – The Investment Adviser Association appreciates the leadership of Senators Tillis, Hickenlooper, Rounds, Shaheen, Budd, Peters, and Britt for introducing the Improving Disclosure for Investors Act of 2025. This bipartisan legislation provides for electronic delivery to clients of certain required communications. Embracing e-delivery as the default method for investor communications will better serve millions of retail investors by providing faster and more secure access to critical disclosures, while ensuring that investors can opt for paper delivery if preferred. We appreciate the Senators’ support on this important issue and look forward to seeing the bill advance through the Senate.
