The IAA congratulates Paul Atkins on his confirmation as Chairman of the SEC. We look forward to working with Chairman Atkins and the SEC on the many crucial issues facing investment advisers, their clients, and the markets. We will continue to urge the SEC to return to a principles-based framework for advisers, right-size regulation for small businesses, and ensure that regulation is strategy, product, and technology neutral.
