The IAA will apply for Continuing Legal Education accreditation from several states. For more information or to request that your state be included, please contact iaaevents@investmentadviser.org.
- The Illinois State Bar has approved 3.5 hours of Continuing Legal Education.
- Texas, Georgia, and Pennsylvania are approved for 3.0 hours.
- California is still pending.
CFP Credit
Each of the IAA’s Compliance Workshops is approved for 3 CE credit hours.
IACCP Credit
Each of the IAA’s Compliance Workshops is approved for 3 General Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional® (IACCP®) CE credits. IACCP designees have primary responsibility for reporting continuing education activities by the reporting period deadline. The IAA does not report designees’ hours to Comply. Instructions for reporting CE activities are available in the IACCP CE Guide, which is available on the IACCP CE portal.
