Private Fund Advisers Implementation Group

The Private Fund Advisers Implementation Group was created in the wake of the SEC’s adoption of its new Private Fund Advisers Rulemaking Package, including the Restricted Activities Rule, the Preferential Treatment Rule, the Quarterly Statements Rule, the Private Fund Adviser Audit Rule, and the Adviser-Led Secondaries Rule. This group provides an opportunity for members to share interpretive and operational concerns and questions through regular virtual meetings (and ad hoc calls as needed). The group may also help the IAA develop requests for guidance or clarification from SEC staff.

Meeting Frequency: The group holds regular meetings to discuss regulatory developments and implementation issues.
