Q1: What if I have download restrictions?
Running a compatibility test and/or contacting your company's IT department ahead of time will help ensure that you are able to access the webinar.
Q2: How do I listen to the webinar?
IAA webinars use broadcast audio so you will need access to computer speakers or headphones. There is no telephone dial-in option. You may also listen through a mobile device (see Q6). If you experience audio issues during the webinar, contact the IAA at email@example.com.

Q3: What if I am having connectivity problems?
A strong internet connection is recommended. If you work remotely or use a VPN, please access IAA webinars through your local browser. Listening over public or shared Wi-Fi may also cause slow streaming.

Q4: Is the webinar recorded?
Yes. All webinars are recorded and are available within five business days after the live event. IAA members and associate members may access recordings here. Nonmembers may purchase the recording at any time.
Q5: What if I am having browser issues?
For an optimal experience, please make sure your browser is up to date. Google Chrome is the preferred browser for IAA webinars as it does not require a plugin. Internet Explorer, Safari, and other browsers may require the installation of a plugin.

Q6: Can I use a mobile device?
Yes. To use a mobile device you will need to download the ReadyTalk app, available for iPhone, iPad, and Android. More information may be found here.
Q7: What if I miss part or all of the live webinar?
IAA webinars are recorded. See Q4 for more information.
