IAA Webinar FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
Thank you for your interest in IAA's webinars. Below are some frequently asked questions regarding listening to our live webinars. If you have any questions not covered here, please contact the IAA at firstname.lastname@example.org or (202) 293-4222.
Q1: What if I have download restrictions?
Running a compatibility test and/or contacting your company's IT department ahead of time will help ensure that you are able to access the webinar.
Q2: How do I listen to the webinar?
IAA webinars use broadcast audio so you will need access to computer speakers or headphones. There is no telephone dial-in option. You may also listen through a mobile device (see Q6).
You may find the "How To Join" guide helpful.
Q3: What if I am having connectivity problems?
A strong internet connection is recommended. If you work remotely or use a VPN, please access IAA webinars through your local browser. Listening over public or shared Wi-Fi may also cause slow streaming.
View the system requirements.
Q4: Is the webinar recorded?
Yes. All webinars are recorded and are available within five business days after the live event. IAA members and associate members may access recordings here. Nonmembers may purchase the recording at any time.
Q5: What if I am having browser issues?
For an optimal experience, please make sure your browser is up to date. Google Chrome is the preferred browser for IAA webinars as it does not require a plugin. Internet Explorer, Safari, and other browsers may require the installation of a plugin.
