Take Our Survey for the Opening Session on the Biggest Challenges Facing Advisers
The opening session of the 2017 IAA Leadership Conference will be designed by YOU. Cultivating 21st Century Leadership, a new survey being conducted by GEO Group Strategic Services, seeks to identify the issues advisers see as most important within three primary themes:
- Assessing Industry Trends and Implications
- Understanding the Key Drivers of Growth
- Integrating Strategy and Culture to Create Winning Organizations
In the Leadership Conference’s interactive opening session, GEO Group Founder Leland Russell will present the survey findings – as well as potential strategies for meeting the challenges they represent. A comprehensive report of his presentation will be available to all conference participants immediately after the event. The initial findings will be available to all survey participants.
Click here to take the survey. It is open to all SEC-registered investment advisers and should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. It will remain open until 5 p.m. ET on Friday, July 21.
Breakout sessions will include presentations and peer-to-peer discussions on:
- What CEOs Need to Know About Cybersecurity, Anti-Money Laundering & Privacy
- Cyber Exposures and Insurance Protection – A Holistic View
- What CEOs Need to Know About Marketing, Messaging, Reputation Protection & Crisis Communications
- Mergers & Acquisitions as an RIA Succession Plan
- Building Client Trust Through Radical Transparency: A New Approach to Client Communications
- Breakouts based on AUM
Networking and social events will include a private performance by Chicago’s own Second City comedy troupe and a special wine tasting party hosted by Napa Valley’s award winning Whitehall Lane Winery & Vineyards.
