Lobbying Day

IAA’s Lobbying Day, held each year in June, brings IAA members together in Washington, DC for the purpose of meeting with elected representatives and discussing the critical issues that affect investment advisers. Member participation can make a significant and positive difference for the future of SEC-registered investment advisers.

Washington, D.C.


Individuals with IAA members and associate members are encouraged to register for this event. Representatives with non-member SEC registered advisers are welcome to participate, though they should contact the IAA prior to registering.

Capitol Hill Activities

IAA staff will arrange a personalized schedule for participants to meet with congressional representatives and their staff. Prior to the scheduled meetings, participants will attend a briefing luncheon to be updated on key issues, enabling them to better present the critical discussion items during their appointments.

There is no charge to participate in IAA’s Lobbying Day, though advance registration is required. Watch for IAA announcements or visit this web page in March when registration opens.
